We took my grandma to Nashville to celebrate her 80th birthday, and it was truly a trip of a lifetime. It turned into a full-on girls (and family) trip—grandma, my parents, kids, cousins—all of us together, making memories we’ll always hold close. My grandma had always dreamed of visiting Nashville, and more than anything, she wanted to see the Grand Ole Opry. After years of talking about it, we finally made it happen.

They were about sitting together, taking photos we’ll treasure, and being present in a season of life we knew was precious.
